Julie always dreamed of living in the mountains and after living in Utah and California, she and her family returned to Idaho making their home in Lava Hot Springs. Julie holds a bachelor's degree in English with a marketing minor from Utah State University. She taught secondary school for almost 20 years (and survived!) and has personally invested in rentals, rehabbed, and "flipped" properties. Always an entrepreneur at heart, she and her family own and operate vacation and long-term rental properties in both ID and MT. She is currently a board member of the Idaho Vacation Rental Association (IVRA) and volunteers with several local non-profit organizations.
